RAPTOR 80 Rigid Rail, Suspended Mount

RAPTOR 80 Rigid Rail is a proprietary fall arrest and rope access system suitable for multiple users with a spanning capability of 2.0m. Rigid rail is a system providing continuous and effective fall protection and/or work positioning systems. RAPTOR 80 Rigid Rail is perfect for compact and out of sight requirements and is easily installed using the RAPTOR T-Bolt Mounting Bracket. Ideal applications for Raptor Rail would be fall protection above work areas, under canopies and facades, for general maintenance and cleaning requirements. The system incorporates high quality engineered components designed for use in commercial and industrial applications.

  • 2 x OH260 Trolleys included. Select alternative trolley option if required from OH250 product selection.

COMPLIANCE

RAPTOR Rigid Rail is designed to comply with Standards AS/NZS 1891.2:2001, AS/NZS 1891.4:2009, AS/NZS 1891.4.2009 and relevant statutory OHS Codes of Practice/Guidelines.

PRODUCT WARRANTY

10 years from date of purchase subject to correct installation, use and maintenance in accordance with manufacturer’s specifications and recommendations.

INSPECTION AND MAINTENANCE

Inspection and certification every 12 months by a Height Safety Equipment Inspector in accordance with manufacturer’s specifications and requirements of Standard AS/NZS 181.1:2009

IMPORTANT NOTE

Failure to supply and/or install proprietary product in accordance with above Standard and codes, specifications and instructions voids complete system certification and/or warranty.

Sayfa recommends that inspection ceiling hatches are installed in areas with limited access (such as plaster) where access for annual inspection certification (trolley and rail connection) is required. If this method is not achievable, the system will need to have photographic detailed evidence of all connections and the system will need be load tested to 7.5kn.
