- Stainless steel of HDG M16 allthread x 180mm
- 18mm hole, minimum 120mm embedment into concrete
- Recommended epoxy (chemset) adhesive – HILTI HIT RE-500
CAST-IN APPLICATION
- 300mm x 300mm u-bolt cage
- Minimum concrete thickness – 200mm
- Minimum 150 embedment

RATING
- 18kN: Rope access – 2 persons (including rescue)
- 15kN: Fall arrest – (including rescue)
- 18kN / 22kN – Static line end stanchion, corners and intermediates (ultimate load 18kN).
- Support structure integrity, suitability and fixing method to be assessed and determined by an engineer unless it is clear to a competent person prior to installation.

XPLORA Mega Post is designed and manufactured in accordance with Australian Standards AS/NZS 1891, AS/NZS 5532 and AS/NZS ISO 22846 and relevant statutory OHS Codes of Practice/Guidelines.
TESTING
Testing and performance of XPLORA Mega Post based on requirements of Australian Standards AS/NZS 1891 and AS/NZS 5532.

PRODUCT WARRANTY
The XPLORA Mega Post has a warranty of 10 years from date of purchase subject to correct installation, use and maintenance in accordance with manufacturer’s specifications and recommendations.
INSPECTION AND MAINTENANCE
Inspection and certification required every 12 months by competent person in accordance with manufacturer’s specifications and requirements of Australian Standards AS/NZS 1891 and AS/NZS 5532. (Refer installation manual.)

Failure to supply and/or install proprietary product in accordance with above Standards and codes, specifications and instructions voids complete system certification and/or warranty.
